The Town of North Kingstown utilizes funding from HUD to offer low interest home repair loans to its low income and elderly residents. Interest will range from 0 to 3%, depending on income.

These loans are intended to ensure folks remain in their homes by performing reasonable and necessary  repairs. We focus on code violations, health and safety issues, and any other repairs needed to maintain a healthy safe and sanitary dwelling.                WCCDC manages this program for the Town
